The 16th Avenue Animal Hospital is located at the intersection of 16th Avenue and Markham, Unit #104. Our clinic lies in the northwest corner of the plaza, surrounded by plenty of convenient parking close to our door.

Welcome to our lobby, an open and airy environment where we warmly greet and meet you and your furry friend. Our lobby also has an array of supplements, treats and diets including Royal Canin and Hills Prescription.

Once you have checked in our assistants will guide you to our two waiting rooms, private and stocked with models and booklets for your information and to assist the doctor with client education.

If your pet needs extra attention and they will be shown into our treatment room where we can take blood/urine samples if needed, examine samples, perform in house tests and for those we can’t we prepare and send to our respected and reliable out-house laboratory with daily pick up to ensure the timely return of results.

Our treatment room also houses our hospitalized patients. They are under active monitoring, with remote observation cameras available so we can check on them whenever and wherever we may be and even throughout the night.

Our veterinary practice prides itself on being up to date with the latest technology and as a new clinic we like to keep on our toes.
